Cookies Ingredients:
3 cups (or more, if needed) gluten free flour
1/2 cup (or more, if needed) tapioca flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup chocolate chips
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla.
Add all of the other ingredients.
Roll, flatten, and put in the oven.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes (or so ...)
Caramel Sauce:
1 cup butter
5 Tablespoons (or so) Corn Syrup
2/3 cup brown sugar (or more)
Put the caramel sauce ingredients together and boil and stir until it
bubbles for a little while and feels done. Pour on top of the cookies when
they come out of the oven.
